Hope is a 50% possible het clown female who was produced at the Nest in 2008 by breeding her father, Oliver, a 100% het clown male to Echo, a beautiful reduced pattern normal female. Hope was the only female out of four babies hatched from that clutch, and so she was given her name, because she was my single hope from that clutch to possibly produce clowns in the future. Whether she proves out or not, Hope is a welcome addition to the Nest with her beautiful melanistic look to her and her black back.
