Unless otherwise stated, all animals for sale were produced at Robin's Nest Reptiles.

All animals are guaranteed to be feeding, healthy and sexed properly. I must be notified within 24 hours of receipt if there are any problems with your animal(s).

In order to hold an animal, a non-refundable 20% deposit is required. Deposits may be transferred to a different animal.

Payment plans are available as follows:

• Under $200 - No payment plan.
• $200 - $500 - 30 day payment plan with balance due within 30 days of initial payment.
• $500 - $1000 - 60 day payment plan with balance due within 60 days of initial payment.
• Over $1000 - 90 day payment plan with balance due within 90 days of initial payment.

If you default on your payments, your animal(s) will be removed from hold and be put back up for sale until it is paid off. If they are sold before you pay off the balance, you may transfer your payments to another animal, or receive a refund, less your deposit. Your deposit may be applied to another animal that is currently available or used at a later date.

All animals are properly packaged with a heat or cool pack as needed. Shipping will be done through ShipYourReptiles.com via UPS Next Day Delivery. Shipments are made Monday through Wednesday. We do not ship on Thursday in case there is a problem with UPS so that your animal is not stuck at UPS over the weekend. Unless otherwise noted, shipping is not included in the price of the animal. We'll be happy to provide a quote when provided with your zip code.

We will not ship if temperatures at your location or our location are lower than 40 degrees or higher than 90 degrees, or during other extreme weather conditions. Weather will be monitored at weather.com and we reserve the right to postpone shipping if we believe conditions would be unsafe for the animal.

Animals are NOT guaranteed to be live if there is no one home to receive the animal on the first delivery attempt, or if temperatures are less than 40 degrees or higher than 90 degrees in the area where the animal is delivered.

We must be notified within 24 hours if you receive an animal DOA and you meet the above conditions, otherwise we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement.
